The creation takes place on the basis of goodness, but devastation takes
place because of irreligion. That is the way of material creation and
devastation. Here it is stated that the cause of devastation is Adharma,
or Irreligion. The descendants of Irreligion and Falsity, born one after
another, are Bluffing, Cheating, Greed, Cunning, Anger, Envy, Quarrel,
Harsh Speech, Death, Fear, Severe Pain and Hell. All these descendants
are described as signs of devastation. If a person is pious and hears
about these causes of devastation, he will feel hatred for all these,
and that will cause his advancement in a life of piety. Piety refers to
the process of cleansing the heart. As recommended by Lord Caitanya, one
has to cleanse the dust from the mirror of the mind, and then
advancement on the path of liberation begins. Here also the same process
is recommended. Malam means:
“contamination.” We should learn to despise all the causes of
devastation, beginning from irreligion and cheating, and then we shall
be able to make advancement in a life of piety. The
possibility of our attaining Kṛṣṇa consciousness will be easier, and we
shall not be subjected to repeated devastation. The present life is
repeated birth and death, but if we seek the path of liberation, we may
be saved from repeated suffering.

There are two classes of men throughout the whole universe. One class is
called daiva and the other class is called asura. Daiva asura eva ca.
Daivo vistarasah proktah. So far the devas are concerned, Krsna has
explained in various ways in the last chapters, ahimsa, ksanti, arjavam,
how to practice this things. So visnu-bhakto bhaved devah asuras
tad-viparyayah. These two classes, how they are ascertained? One who is
a devotee of the Supreme Lord Visnu, they are called deva, or demigods,
and persons who know Visnu or may not know -- on the whole, they are not
devotees of Visnu -- even they are devotee of other demigods, they are
called asura. Just like Ravana. Ravana, he was a great devotee of Lord
Siva, but he is described as asura, raksasa. Similarly, Hiranyakasipu
was a great devotee of Lord Brahma; still, he is accepted as raksasa. So
unless one is Vaisnava or devotee of the Lord Visnu, he is asura or
raksasa. This is the instruction of the sastra.
In modern days also, practically nobody is devotee, so how they are
described in the Bhagavad-gita? They are described as duskrtinah,
mudhah, naradhamah, mayayapahrta-jnanah, asuram bhavam asritah [Bg.
7.15]. These asuras also divided into so many classes. The first-class
asura is the duskrtina, one who is engaged in sinful meritorious action.
Sinful meritorious. Just like a big thief. There are many organization
of smugglers, black market, thieves. They have got brain to organize.
Without brain they cannot organize. Now, in the Western countries there
are big, big organizations simply for smuggling, cheating, bluffing, and
very good brain, educated, lawyers. I have seen practically in New York
these cheating concerns. There are many lawyers to help them how to
cheat. And they make arrangement, take money from one, cheating. Many
organizations. So they are called duskrtina. They are educated. They
have got good brain, they can act very nicely, but their intelligence is
being used for sinful activities. They are called duskrtina. They do not
know how they shall use their brain. That is going on.
Prabhupada: (break) ...worm and the sun. When the sun is arisen, the
glowworms, automatically finished. (break) ...motto, "Krsna is sun." You
know it? Krsna surya-sama. So when Krsna sun is there, all these

Vaishnavas, pseudo-Vaishnavas, with tilaka on their nose and kunti beads
around their neck. Such a pseudo-Vaishnava associates with money and
women and is jealous of successful Vaishnavas. Although passing for a
Vaishnava, his only business is earning money in the dress of a Vaishnava”.

Truthfulness demands that the facts be presented as they are for the

A mundane person in the dress of a Vaisnava should not be respected but
rejected. This is enjoined in the sastra (upeksa). The word upeksa means
neglect. One should neglect an envious person. A preacher's duty is to
love the Supreme Personality of Godhead, make friendships with
Vaisnavas, show mercy to the innocent and reject or neglect those who
are envious or jealous. There are many jealous people in the dress of
Vaisnavas in this Krsna consciousness movement, and they should be
completely neglected. There is no need to serve a jealous person who is
in the dress of a Vaisnava. When Narottama dasa Thakura says chadiya
vaisnava seva nistara payeche keba, he is indicating an actual Vaisnava,
not an envious or jealous person in the dress of a Vaisnava.

"When Krsna appeared, He gave His orders, and when Krsna Himself
appeared as a devotee, as Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, He showed us the path
by which to cross the ocean of Kali-yuga. That is the path of the Hare
Krsna movement. When Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu appeared, He ushered in the
era for the sankirtana movement. It is also said that for ten thousand
years this era will continue. This means that simply by accepting the
sankirtana movement and chanting the Hare Krsna maha-mantra, the fallen
souls of this Kali-yuga will be delivered. After the Battle of
Kuruksetra, at which Bhagavad-gita was spoken, Kali-yuga continues for
432,000 years, of which only 5,000 years have passed. Thus there is
still a balance of 427,000 years to come. Of these 427,000 years, the
10,000 years of the sankirtana movement inaugurated by Sri Caitanya
Mahaprabhu 500 years ago provide the opportunity for the fallen souls of
Kali-yuga to take to the Krsna consciousness movement, chant the Hare
Krsna maha-mantra and thus be delivered from the clutches of material
existence and return home, back to Godhead."

everyone in the world might take advantage of this movement and become
all-auspicious in spiritual life.

Therefore the term "Nazi" could also be spelled "Nasi".

"'I also raised up prophets from among your sons and the consecrated
[consecrated = blessed by God] from among your young men. Is this not
true, people of Israel?' declares the LORD. 'But you made the
consecrated drink wine and commanded the prophets not to
prophesy'."(Amos 2:11-12)

As Lord Jesus Christ said, we should hate the sin, not the sinner. That
is a very nice statement, because the sinner is under illusion. He is
mad. If we hate him, how can we deliver him? Therefore, those who are
advanced devotees, who are really servants of God, do not hate anyone.
When Lord Jesus Christ was being crucified, he said, "My God, forgive
them. They know not what they do." This is the proper attitude of an
advanced devotee. He understands that the conditioned souls cannot be
hated, because they have become mad due to their materialistic way of
thinking. In this Krsna consciousness movement, there is no question of
hating anyone. Everyone is welcomed to come and chant Hare Krsna, take
krsna-prasada, listen to the philosophy of Bhagavad-gita, and try to
rectify material, conditioned life. This is the essential program of
Krsna consciousness.

he has all the good qualities of God, but when the nondevotee blasphemes
the Lord or His devotee, the Vaiṣṇava never tolerates such impudency."(

The association of devotees (ārya-saṅgama) is the most important factor
in this world. The word ārya refers to those who are advancing
spiritually. In the history of the human race, the Āryan family is
considered to be the most elevated community in the world because it
adopts the Vedic civilization. The Āryan family is distributed all over
the world and is known as Indo-Āryan. In prehistoric days all of the
members of the Āryan family followed the Vedic principles, and therefore
they became spiritually advanced. The kings, known as rājarṣis, were so
perfectly educated as kṣatriyas, or protectors of the citizens, and so
greatly advanced in spiritual life, that there was not a bit of trouble
for the citizens.
The glorification of the Supreme Lord can be very much appreciated by
the Āryan family. Although there is no bar for others, the members of
the Āryan family very quickly catch the essence of spiritual life. How
is it that we are finding it very easy to spread Kṛṣṇa consciousness
among the Europeans and Americans? History reports that the Americans
and Europeans proved their capability when they were anxious to expand
colonization, but at the present time, being contaminated by the
advancement of material science, their sons and grandsons are turning
into reprobates.
This is due to their having lost their original spiritual culture, which
is Vedic civilization. Presently these descendants of the Āryan family
are taking this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement very seriously. Others who
are associating with them and hearing the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa
mahā-mantra from the lips of pure devotees are also becoming captivated
by the transcendental vibration. Transcendental vibrations are very much
effective when chanted among Āryans, but even though one does not belong
to the Āryan family, he will become a Vaiṣṇava simply by hearing the
mantra because the vibration has great influence over everyone.

“To stop the quarreling among different peoples, Mahārāja Priyavrata
marked boundaries at rivers and at the edges of mountains and forests so
that no one would trespass upon another’s property.”

The example set by Mahārāja Priyavrata in marking off different states
is still followed. As indicated here, different classes of men are
destined to live in different areas, and therefore the boundaries of
various tracts of land, which are described here as islands, should be
defined by different rivers, forests and hills. This is also mentioned
in relation to Mahārāja Pṛthu, who was born from the dead body of his
father by the manipulation of great sages.
Mahārāja Pṛthu’s father was very sinful, and therefore a black man
called Niṣāda was first born from his dead body. The Naiṣāda race was
given a place in the forest because by nature they are thieves and
rogues. As animals are given places in various forests and hills, men
who are like animals are also destined to live there. One cannot be
promoted to civilized life unless one comes to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, for
by nature one is destined to live in a particular situation according to
one’s karma and association with the modes of nature. If men want to
live in harmony and peace, they must take to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, for
they cannot achieve the highest standard while absorbed in the bodily
concept of life. Mahārāja Priyavrata divided the surface of the globe
into different islands so that each class of men would live peacefully
and not clash with the others. The modern idea of nationhood has
gradually developed from the divisions made by Mahārāja Priyavrata.

After his [Niṣāda’s] birth, he immediately took charge of all the
resultant actions of King Vena’s sinful activities. As such, this
Naiṣāda class are always engaged in sinful activities like stealing,
plundering and hunting. Consequently they are only allowed to live in
the hills and forests.

The Naiṣādas are not allowed to live in cities and towns because they
are sinful by nature. As such, their bodies are very ugly, and their
occupations are also sinful. We should, however, know that even these
sinful men (who are sometimes called Kirātas) can be delivered from
their sinful condition to the topmost Vaiṣṇava platform by the mercy of
a pure devotee. Engagement in the transcendental loving devotional
service of the Lord can make anyone, however sinful he may be, fit to
return home, back to Godhead. One has only to become free from all
contamination by the process of devotional service. In this way everyone
can become fit to return home, back to Godhead. This is confirmed by the
Lord Himself in Bhagavad-gītā (9.32):
“O son of Pṛthā, those who take shelter of Me, though they be of lower
birth—women, vaiśyas [merchants], as well as śūdras [workers]—can
approach the supreme destination.”

association very good, he was born as Nārada. Others were also born in

Maitreya told Vidura: O great soul, from Dambha and Māyā were born Greed
and Nikṛti, or Cunning. From their combination came children named
Krodha (Anger) and Hiṁsā (Envy), and from their combination were born
Kali (Strife and lie in person) and his sister Durukti (Harsh Speech).

The creation takes place on the basis of goodness, but devastation takes
place because of irreligion. That is the way of material creation and
devastation. Here it is stated that the cause of devastation is Adharma,
or Irreligion. The descendants of Irreligion and Falsity, born one after
another, are Bluffing, Cheating, Greed, Cunning, Anger, Envy, Quarrel,
Harsh Speech, Death, Fear, Severe Pain and Hell. All these descendants
are described as signs of devastation. If a person is pious and hears
about these causes of devastation, he will feel hatred for all these,
and that will cause his advancement in a life of piety. Piety refers to
the process of cleansing the heart. As recommended by Lord Caitanya, one
has to cleanse the dust from the mirror of the mind, and then
advancement on the path of liberation begins. Here also the same process
is recommended. Malam means:
“contamination.” We should learn to despise all the causes of
devastation, beginning from irreligion and cheating, and then we shall
be able to make advancement in a life of piety. The
possibility of our attaining Kṛṣṇa consciousness will be easier, and we
shall not be subjected to repeated devastation. The present life is
repeated birth and death, but if we seek the path of liberation, we may
be saved from repeated suffering.

There are two classes of men throughout the whole universe. One class is
called daiva and the other class is called asura. Daiva asura eva ca.
Daivo vistarasah proktah. So far the devas are concerned, Krsna has
explained in various ways in the last chapters, ahimsa, ksanti, arjavam,
how to practice this things. So visnu-bhakto bhaved devah asuras
tad-viparyayah. These two classes, how they are ascertained? One who is
a devotee of the Supreme Lord Visnu, they are called deva, or demigods,
and persons who know Visnu or may not know -- on the whole, they are not
devotees of Visnu -- even they are devotee of other demigods, they are
called asura. Just like Ravana. Ravana, he was a great devotee of Lord
Siva, but he is described as asura, raksasa. Similarly, Hiranyakasipu
was a great devotee of Lord Brahma; still, he is accepted as raksasa. So
unless one is Vaisnava or devotee of the Lord Visnu, he is asura or
raksasa. This is the instruction of the sastra.
In modern days also, practically nobody is devotee, so how they are
described in the Bhagavad-gita? They are described as duskrtinah,
mudhah, naradhamah, mayayapahrta-jnanah, asuram bhavam asritah [Bg.
7.15]. These asuras also divided into so many classes. The first-class
asura is the duskrtina, one who is engaged in sinful meritorious action.
Sinful meritorious. Just like a big thief. There are many organization
of smugglers, black market, thieves. They have got brain to organize.
Without brain they cannot organize. Now, in the Western countries there
are big, big organizations simply for smuggling, cheating, bluffing, and
very good brain, educated, lawyers. I have seen practically in New York
these cheating concerns. There are many lawyers to help them how to
cheat. And they make arrangement, take money from one, cheating. Many
organizations. So they are called duskrtina. They are educated. They
have got good brain, they can act very nicely, but their intelligence is
being used for sinful activities. They are called duskrtina. They do not
know how they shall use their brain. That is going on.

glowworms, automatically finished. (break) ...motto, "Krsna is sun." You
know it? Krsna surya-sama. So when Krsna sun is there, all these

usurp our souls nor will they ever win our heartfelt comraderie. It is
time for revolution a revolution of consciousness. Let the

The increasing numbers of we who are on to their antics will have
revolution with or without their consent or cooperation. The biggest
bubble of maya can doubtlessly be burst by the minutest pinprick of
genuine Krishna consciousness. The critical mass of our spark-like

1. Intelligently fight institutional maya with the most powerful weapon

3. Regularly congregate for prolonged mass hari-nama-sankirtan

4. Start chanting a minimum of one lac of Holy Names daily.
5. Confront local, regional, and zonal institutional authorities and

A false acarya may try to override a vaishnava by a high-court decision,

disciple of Kali-yuga.”.
“Bhaktivinoda Thakura says, Kali-cela. He indicates that there are other
Vaishnavas, pseudo-Vaishnavas, with tilaka on their nose and kunti beads
around their neck. Such a pseudo-Vaishnava associates with money and
women and is jealous of successful Vaishnavas. Although passing for a
Vaishnava, his only business is earning money in the dress of a Vaishnava”.

"Satyam, truthfulness, means that facts should be presented as they are

understand actually what the facts are. If a man is a thief and if
people are warned that he is a thief, that is truth. Although sometimes
the truth is unpalatable, one should not refrain from speaking it.
Truthfulness demands that the facts be presented as they are for the
benefit of others. That is the definition of truth."

A mundane person in the dress of a Vaisnava should not be respected but
rejected. This is enjoined in the sastra (upeksa). The word upeksa means
neglect. One should neglect an envious person. A preacher's duty is to
love the Supreme Personality of Godhead, make friendships with
Vaisnavas, show mercy to the innocent and reject or neglect those who
are envious or jealous. There are many jealous people in the dress of
Vaisnavas in this Krsna consciousness movement, and they should be
completely neglected. There is no need to serve a jealous person who is
in the dress of a Vaisnava. When Narottama dasa Thakura says chadiya
vaisnava seva nistara payeche keba, he is indicating an actual Vaisnava,
not an envious or jealous person in the dress of a Vaisnava.

"When Krsna appeared, He gave His orders, and when Krsna Himself
appeared as a devotee, as Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, He showed us the path
by which to cross the ocean of Kali-yuga. That is the path of the Hare
Krsna movement. When Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu appeared, He ushered in the
era for the sankirtana movement. It is also said that for ten thousand
years this era will continue. This means that simply by accepting the
sankirtana movement and chanting the Hare Krsna maha-mantra, the fallen
souls of this Kali-yuga will be delivered. After the Battle of
Kuruksetra, at which Bhagavad-gita was spoken, Kali-yuga continues for
432,000 years, of which only 5,000 years have passed. Thus there is
still a balance of 427,000 years to come. Of these 427,000 years, the
10,000 years of the sankirtana movement inaugurated by Sri Caitanya
Mahaprabhu 500 years ago provide the opportunity for the fallen souls of
Kali-yuga to take to the Krsna consciousness movement, chant the Hare
Krsna maha-mantra and thus be delivered from the clutches of material
existence and return home, back to Godhead."

everyone in the world might take advantage of this movement and become
all-auspicious in spiritual life.

significant. ... The latter word was an ancient Egyptian verb meaning
‘to burn’ or ‘to blaze’. Hence the word Nsrsr means ‘the Island of

Therefore the term "Nazi" could also be spelled "Nasi".
To summarize: Nazis or Nasis or Naz(s)irenes are, according to the
Bible, "holy persons, chosen by God", named after their holy abode
"Nazareth" or "En-Nasira" (German Enzyklopedia Brockhaus).

Jesus and his parents lived - the "holy island of fire". It is therefore
most disturbing to discover that the German clergy took it upon
themselves to forge the modern issues of the German Bible in order to

with holy persons like Jesus. The English Bible(Hodder & Stoughton,
London 1996) reads:
"'I also raised up prophets from among your sons and Nazirites from
among your young men. Is this not true, people of Israel?', declares the
LORD. 'But you made the Nazirites drink wine and commanded the prophets
not to prophesy'." (Bible-Amos 2:11-12)
In modern German Bibles these passages are altered as follows:
"'I also raised up prophets from among your sons and the consecrated
[consecrated = blessed by God] from among your young men. Is this not
true, people of Israel?' declares the LORD. 'But you made the
consecrated drink wine and commanded the prophets not to
prophesy'."(Amos 2:11-12)
It is clear that the German clergy didn't dare use the term "Nasirenes"
from the old German Bible versions but altered the term into "the
consecrated". That demonstrates how much the Christian Church of Germany
fears the mystical aura around Adolf Hitler. This fear is so great that

For real followers of shaktiavesa-avatar Srila Prabhupada and Jesus
Christ it should not be very difficult to let the challenges of the
devil repel from themselves, because Jesus showed mankind how to shield
itself against Satan/Kali/Yahwe.
"If one loves Krishna, he must love Lord Jesus also. And if one
perfectly loves Jesus he must love Krishna too. If he says, "Why shall I
love Krishna? I shall love Jesus," then he has no knowledge. And if one
says, "Why shall I love Jesus? I shall love Krishna", then he has no
knowledge either. If one understands Krishna, then he will understand
Jesus. If one understands Jesus, you'll understand Krishna too"

As Lord Jesus Christ said, we should hate the sin, not the sinner. That
is a very nice statement, because the sinner is under illusion. He is
mad. If we hate him, how can we deliver him? Therefore, those who are
advanced devotees, who are really servants of God, do not hate anyone.
When Lord Jesus Christ was being crucified, he said, "My God, forgive
them. They know not what they do." This is the proper attitude of an
advanced devotee. He understands that the conditioned souls cannot be
hated, because they have become mad due to their materialistic way of
thinking. In this Krsna consciousness movement, there is no question of
hating anyone. Everyone is welcomed to come and chant Hare Krsna, take
krsna-prasada, listen to the philosophy of Bhagavad-gita, and try to
rectify material, conditioned life. This is the essential program of
Krsna consciousness.

"Satan/Adharma/Kali/JewBC , the adversary of God's kingdom" (Bible)
attempts to make us sin by temptation and become an Bogus-Guru or bogus
snout holder.
Rogues and rascals thrive because honest men don't speak out. But where
are these honest men? Srila Prabhupada tells us:
"Regarding the position of a person who does not speak even when he
knows the truth: jani saksi nahi deya tara papa haya. A person who knows
things as they are and still does not bear witness becomes involved in
sinful activities.’"

It is exclusively up to us to renounce temptation in order to prevent us
becoming occupied by the trickery of the devil. In modern terms:
If we and the "half innocent Iskcon 2/3 voted in Gurus" do not allow
ourselves to be bought, corrupted and then used to carry out the crimes
of "the adversary of the heavenly kingdom" (JEWBC) , the devil shall be
isolated and finds himself powerless before
a locked world.
It is not the Jews who are responsible for the world's evil but the
non-Jews who allow the devil to intersperse its aims. Those who call
themselve Jews but are not, are small in number and could never have
power over us if we did not grant them the power. Their agenda really is
the ultimate test of mankind to say NO to sinful enticements and in fact
for the positions as unauthorized Bogus-Iskcon-Diksa-Gurus. Because
Srila Prabhupada is the only real Iskcon-Diksa-Guru , he gives the
divya-jnana bhakti-lata-bija !!
In order to pass this test it needs neither violence nor hatred!
BUT in same time :
"The Kazi's descendants are residents, and they never objected to
saṅkīrtana, even during the Hindu-Muslim riot days.
This incident shows clearly that the Lord was not a so-called timid
Vaiṣṇava. A Vaiṣṇava is a fearless devotee of the Lord, and for the
right cause he can take any step suitable for the purpose. Arjuna was
also a Vaiṣṇava devotee of Lord Kṛṣṇa, and he fought valiantly for the
satisfaction of the Lord. Similarly, Vajrāṅgajī, or Hanumān, was also a
devotee of Lord Rāma, and he gave lessons to the nondevotee party of
Rāvaṇa. The principles of Vaiṣṇavism are to satisfy the Lord by all
means. A Vaiṣṇava is by nature a nonviolent, peaceful living being, and
he has all the good qualities of God, but when the nondevotee blasphemes
the Lord or His devotee, the Vaiṣṇava never tolerates such impudency."(

And whats up with Prabhupadas position in Iskcon?
Is this not blasphemy ? This is the biggest biggest
Vaisnava-Acarya-Guru-Apparadha !!!
The association of devotees (ārya-saṅgama) is the most important factor
in this world. The word ārya refers to those who are advancing
spiritually. In the history of the human race, the Āryan family is
considered to be the most elevated community in the world because it
adopts the Vedic civilization. The Āryan family is distributed all over
the world and is known as Indo-Āryan. In prehistoric days all of the
members of the Āryan family followed the Vedic principles, and therefore
they became spiritually advanced. The kings, known as rājarṣis, were so
perfectly educated as kṣatriyas, or protectors of the citizens, and so
greatly advanced in spiritual life, that there was not a bit of trouble
for the citizens.
The glorification of the Supreme Lord can be very much appreciated by
the Āryan family. Although there is no bar for others, the members of
the Āryan family very quickly catch the essence of spiritual life. How
is it that we are finding it very easy to spread Kṛṣṇa consciousness
among the Europeans and Americans? History reports that the Americans
and Europeans proved their capability when they were anxious to expand
colonization, but at the present time, being contaminated by the
advancement of material science, their sons and grandsons are turning
into reprobates.
This is due to their having lost their original spiritual culture, which
is Vedic civilization. Presently these descendants of the Āryan family
are taking this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement very seriously. Others who
are associating with them and hearing the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa
mahā-mantra from the lips of pure devotees are also becoming captivated
by the transcendental vibration. Transcendental vibrations are very much
effective when chanted among Āryans, but even though one does not belong
to the Āryan family, he will become a Vaiṣṇava simply by hearing the
mantra because the vibration has great influence over everyone.

“To stop the quarreling among different peoples, Mahārāja Priyavrata
marked boundaries at rivers and at the edges of mountains and forests so
that no one would trespass upon another’s property.”

The example set by Mahārāja Priyavrata in marking off different states
is still followed. As indicated here, different classes of men are
destined to live in different areas, and therefore the boundaries of
various tracts of land, which are described here as islands, should be
defined by different rivers, forests and hills. This is also mentioned
in relation to Mahārāja Pṛthu, who was born from the dead body of his
father by the manipulation of great sages.
Mahārāja Pṛthu’s father was very sinful, and therefore a black man
called Niṣāda was first born from his dead body. The Naiṣāda race was
given a place in the forest because by nature they are thieves and
rogues. As animals are given places in various forests and hills, men
who are like animals are also destined to live there. One cannot be
promoted to civilized life unless one comes to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, for
by nature one is destined to live in a particular situation according to
one’s karma and association with the modes of nature. If men want to
live in harmony and peace, they must take to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, for
they cannot achieve the highest standard while absorbed in the bodily
concept of life. Mahārāja Priyavrata divided the surface of the globe
into different islands so that each class of men would live peacefully
and not clash with the others. The modern idea of nationhood has
gradually developed from the divisions made by Mahārāja Priyavrata.

After his [Niṣāda’s] birth, he immediately took charge of all the
resultant actions of King Vena’s sinful activities. As such, this
Naiṣāda class are always engaged in sinful activities like stealing,
plundering and hunting. Consequently they are only allowed to live in
the hills and forests.

The Naiṣādas are not allowed to live in cities and towns because they
are sinful by nature. As such, their bodies are very ugly, and their
occupations are also sinful. We should, however, know that even these
sinful men (who are sometimes called Kirātas) can be delivered from
their sinful condition to the topmost Vaiṣṇava platform by the mercy of
a pure devotee. Engagement in the transcendental loving devotional
service of the Lord can make anyone, however sinful he may be, fit to
return home, back to Godhead. One has only to become free from all
contamination by the process of devotional service. In this way everyone
can become fit to return home, back to Godhead. This is confirmed by the
Lord Himself in Bhagavad-gītā (9.32):
“O son of Pṛthā, those who take shelter of Me, though they be of lower
birth—women, vaiśyas [merchants], as well as śūdras [workers]—can
approach the supreme destination.”
