12. Strict with 4 regs, 16 rounds, mangala arati, scheduled programs for temple devotees
13. Vaisnava Dress for inmates. Grahathas working outside normal dress and hair. Brahmacaris for official purposes can wear American gentleman’s dress with shaven head, shikha and tilak.
14. Temple to have many many pictures of Krishna and Srila Prabhupada Std pictures at least in the temple room
15. Temple to have 24 hour kirtan, live or recorded(Srila Prabhupada or disciples with his mood)
16. Regular viewing of Srila Prabhupada’s videos in the temple and among the congregation(possibly while taking prasadam)
17. Brahminical standards of cleanliness in the temple.
