Here Śrīla Prabhupāda is explaining how the devotees above were engaging in private business ventures but did not repay their debts to ISKCON. We need to understand that Śrīla Prabhupāda knows what is best for his ISKCON society as the Maha Bhāgavata devotee and any independent personal endeavor while practicing Kṛṣṇa consciousness will open us up to fall down.

ReplyDeleteand seeing a devotee from Mayapur and his wife scamming the people here big time collecting huge amounts of laxmi (NO books distribution), they say they are collecting for "Mayapur Eco Village" ....if you check its web site you can see its a scam....
SO amazing how the FISKCON GBC lets this go on!
FISKCON is a Haven for rascals, many using Prabhupada's movement for their own personal sense gratification and having positions of leadership as this so called devotee has, he is the regional secretary for Korea.

ReplyDeleteThis is what happens when you disobey the order and instructions of the pure devotee, Srila Prabhupada. We need to expose these cheaters! For instance: I am doing traveling book distribution and Sankirtan (China/Korea)& while in S Korea, I noticed this husband/wife team and devotees working for them from Mayapur ISKCON . They are here doing a big scam taking South Koreans money by using this FAKE "Mayapur Eco Village" pitch as a way to take their money, yes, NO books distributed, just money for their personal sense gratification. They are stating they are feeding children in Mayapur and India. This couple, who by the way , one of them is the Regional Secretary for this region, take in 20 grand in USdollars a month easy. What would Prabhupada do? I say we should expose this scam NOW. Bring back real devotees who preach and distribute Prabhupada's books!
You're saying "We should expose this scam NOW," but you are the one who knows their names and what's going on. So why haven't you given the names? And why not write this exposure (giving the names) to the various devotee websites which are widely read, and through which many devotee will be able to read such information so that they will come to know.
